"CFC is an inclusive, fun, and encouraging gym. The workouts are always different and unique, and provide a mix of movements with weights, bands, kettlebells, and TRX (to name a few!). The classes are very personal and the instructors are energetic, kind, and super motivating! The workout wasn’t to intense for my muscles that haven’t been in the gym in awhile it was almost perfect. The instructor was super cool and helpful.
