Chattanooga Fitness Club for me personally has helped me with Confidence.I wanted to workout on a one on one basis being an introvert. But joining in on group sessions have really been the best for me. Having the opportunity to meet some really good spirited people.Consistency , with making sure I keep going. Even if it’s two days out of the week sometimes. I push myself more.And Gains. Yes you read correctly. Even if it’s 1 or 2 pounds, in reality it’s been more. But my goal is to gain and be toned. And the bonus is it’s a FUN gym ! So in conclusion Thank You Chattanooga Fitness Club with helping me in my personal life journey.- Peace, Love and Blessings.

I joined the club about a month ago and I love it. Some of the best workouts I’ve done with great music, Josh is very knowledgeable and attentive and the nutrition coaching is great. Highly recommend!

I spent years trying to find a workout routine I could stay consistent with and didn’t hate. I joined Chattanooga Fitness Club in April/May of this year and I have stayed consistent for 6 months now. The community of women here at the club is unlike a lot of other gyms I’ve been to. For the first time, I feel celebrated for getting stronger, and being able to track my progress of the weight I’m lifting in the club’s app is so encouraging. The class times are very manageable, and the trainers are super helpful to ensure good form and help manage progressing how much we lift. I feel so much stronger, healthier, and happier! I’m so thankful I found Chattanooga Fitness Club!

I was a member a year ago with good results...then stupidly quit and have now come back....had my first work out with Josh today....he pushed me a little but it was a good workout and I don't feel like I am going to die at this point...of course i haven't done leg day yet!! Great place with great people who will push you just enough to improve!! P.S. Nice variety of workout times and membership includes nutritional coaching which is invaluable!

I have been very pleased with Chattanooga Fitness Club, especially with Josh. He develops workouts specific to me & my goals to become healthier & lose weight. We talk nutrition once a week as well. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Fitness Club.

Thank you Chattanooga Fitness Club, personal trainers, and all the members that I workout with. I use to be very sedentary but since joining Chattanooga Fitness Club I have more energy and am in a better mood. I have been working out 3 times a week (at all different times), meeting with a nutrition specialist, and getting a body scan each week. Having someone to workout with has made me accountable to show up. I love it! Come join us and change your lifestyle!!! 😀

I joined Chattanooga Fitness Club in February of this year and began with a 6-Week Challenge. I had no prior fitness knowledge and was at a loss of where to begin. In those six weeks I lost over 12lbs, and in two months I lost over 20lbs! The program works if you're committed. Show up, do the work, eat your protein, watch your nutrition, drink your water, get your sleep, and push yourself in class. It will work if you let it! I really like that we can sign up for classes via our app, where we also track our workouts each session and can review how we performed in past weeks.So glad I found this spot, grateful to form relationships with the ladies I attend class with--the community truly makes you want to show up as your best self.

Highly recommend the small group classes. The app makes it easy to sign up for classes and track your progress and there are classes throughout the day/week to meet your needs. Joseph is great at breaking down the workout and explaining proper form and theres a great sense of community amongst the other women.

Love the small classes and workouts! I started with the 6 week challenge and progressed further than I thought I would. I lost fat and gained muscle. The classes are challenging, but you are motivated to push yourself. It's great to see how much you can improve in just a short amount of time.

I did the 6 week challenge and lost 13.5 lbs and gained 2 lbs in muscle! The nutrition classes have helped me understand macros and what I need to aim for to help me lose weight. Staff is great and love the small classes and that it’s an all ladies gym!

So glad I found Chattanooga Fitness Club. Love the small group training concept. Coaches really target the workouts to your individual needs and goals. They provide everything you need to be successful. The weekly nutrition coaching has really helped me stay accountable. I have enjoyed getting to know the other members as they have challenged me during my workouts. I have lost 14 lbs. and 9 inches so far. Just show up and do the work and you will get results!

Seriously…… the BEST gym experience I’ve had period💯!!! Josh, the owner, explains the different and affordable monthly plans and/or challenges, if any currently going on.I’m over 1/2 through a 6 week challenge. In the past 3weeks, I have lost fat/weight and gained a ton of muscle since starting.Raven, one of the trainers, is absolutely awesome! No matter what your starting level (for me my starting was basically zero lol) is at, Raven demonstrates the exercises for everyone every time showing you correct posture and emphasizing safety. Best part you have a personal trainer coaching and encouraging you through each workout in a small group session, max is 8 women but my sessions on average have 4 women including myself. The workouts are personalized to who is attending the numerous workout sessions provided throughout the day for your convenience.Completing a nutritional session once a week is a great added benefit offered to check and keep tract of your progress individualized by your own personal goals.All you have to do is show up! And the fabulous results appear before you know it!

I joined Chattanooga Fitness last Spring for the 6 week weight loss challenge and did well because of the accountability, positive encouragement and great workouts. The best part to me was going through the workouts along side other ladies, each of us at different levels.

I did the 6 week challenge back in April! I was able to loose 10 lbs. This was the first time in over a year I was able to get the scale to move after having my first baby!! I gained confidence and throughly enjoyed the community and being pushed to do my best! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly! Each trainer got to know me as a person and challenged me! I previously knew how to workout and eat healthy, but transferring that to motherhood had been a challenge. The nutrition coaching, friends, and knowledgeable trainers were a huge benefit! Josh was motivating, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time at CFC. I learned a lot about nutrition, was encouraged/accountable to eat right, and work out with a manageable plan. Thank you!

I want to thank Chattanooga Fitness. After 3 weeks and following the program I have lost 7 lbs. Josh & Raven encourage you to do better than you thought.They give plenty of feed back during our workouts and in our nutrition meetings. I am so happy I found Chattanooga Fitness Club! This is my first experience with weight lifting, and I felt somewhat intimidated about getting started. From day one, both Josh and Raven were so encouraging and attentive that my confidence grew quickly. After only 7 weeks, I am amazed at how my body is transforming. I have lost fat, gained muscle, and I am stronger and have more energy. Most importantly, I have grown to love and to look forward to the workouts. The supportive and empowering community at CFC has been essential for me, and I have made progress that I would have never made on my own. I am looking forward to continuing to conquer my goals at CFC!

After 6 weeks at Chattanooga Fitness Club I feel like a different person; I’m happier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel less stressed and anxious through the day. I am feeling more confident and comfortable doing the things I used to enjoy. If you’ve never been to a gym before, the atmosphere is light and empowering and the other members are all fantastic and supportive. I’m down 17 pounds by following Josh and Raven’s guidance and am excited to continue lifting heavy weights!
