Josh R. Singh is the owner of Chattanooga Fitness Club. Josh has been a fitness enthusiast since he discovered lifting weights as a freshman in college. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and his coaching style is motivational and encouraging. He’s also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and is passionate about helping people make long term sustainable change with their nutrition and lifestyle habits. Originally from New York, he’s spent approximately half his life up north and half in the south. His favorite thing about Chattanooga is the sense of community and belonging this special place inspires.

Sam Roberts, B.S., CPT

Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA)
Group Fitness Instructor

Sam leads women’s Small Group Personal Training sessions several days a week in the afternoons and evenings. She has a background in mobility work, dance fitness, indoor cycling, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. When asked about her coaching style, she said, “My coaching style is fun and all inclusive. I aim to motivate, uplift, and empower, all while kicking your booty in the most professional way possible!” Originally from a small town in South Carolina, she’s made Chattanooga her home for the last 10 years. When asked about her favorite thing about Chattanooga, she said, “The scenic beauty of it. I love feeling close to nature while still being in a thriving city. It’s a beautiful place to be a part of.”


Delaney Kralik

Group Fitness Instructor

Delaney leads women’s Small Group Personal Training sessions several days a week in the afternoons and evenings. She is a fitness enthusiast, having a background in weightlifting, cardio performance, and most recently Jiu Jitsu, in which she is currently a white belt. Her coaching style is focused on balance – creating balanced workout plans that engage all relevant muscle groups, balancing intensity with fun, balancing physical strength with mental strength, and meeting clients where they’re at to help them get to where they’re going. Originally from Chicago, she’s lived all over the US and on 5 continents, teaching and living abroad for 5 years before landing in Chattanooga. When asked about her favorite thing about being here, she said, “I love the walkability of Northshore and will spend all weekend floating around from coffee shop to bookstore to park to dinner. I definitely get my steps in!”
