Women’s Small Group Personal Training
Our program has you and up to 7 other women (max) train with a Certified Personal Trainer in personalized hour-long sessions that are tracked and progressed to you. We offer these sessions 23 times a week for your convenience Monday through Saturday.
6:15 AM Monday through Friday
12 PM Monday through Friday
4:30 PM Wednesday through Friday
5:30 PM Monday through Friday
6:30 PM Monday through Thursday
10 AM Saturday
Members in this program usually train between two, three, and four times a week, depending on their plan. You do not need to choose the same days/times each week, so the program is extremely flexible!
Private 1-on-1 Personal Training
Our 1-on-1 Private Personal Training is a great option for many, especially those wanting a more customized approach, those with privacy concerns, or those tight schedules, just to name a few. We’ve got your back here at Chattanooga Fitness Club! Our personalized approach will begin with a client intake and fitness assessment. We’ll discuss your goals and take a look at what you can currently do. Then we’ll design a fully customized plan to help you achieve your fitness, health, and wellness goals. Nutrition Coaching with Weekly Progress Body Scans
For Nutrition Coaching, we work with you on personalized nutrition plans, and help you stick to it by meeting with you once a week for up to 30 minutes in a sit-down progress meeting with a Certified Nutrition Coach. You will receive a complimentary Inbody Scan each week, so that we can see how your body is changing in real time, keeping you and us accountable. We will also go through any food journal you may be keeping at this time. We currently offer 10 session times each week for this Nutrition Coaching & Accountability Support:
Monday at 7:15 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM & 6 PM
Tuesday at 5 PM
Wednesday at 4 PM
Thursday at 6 PM
Friday at 7:15 AM, 1 PM & 4 PM

Our approach is put together a personalized transformation plan that is customized to your needs and where you are in your health and fitness journey. We do this during your complimentary Transformation Strategy Session. During this 30 minute session you will receive a free InBody Scan at the club, where you will discover things about your body that might surprise you. Then we create a custom roadmap for you to achieve your body transformation goals.
