Led by Certified Personal Trainers, our small group personal training sessions are limited to you plus up to 7 others, as you are led through customized programming for 55 minutes. You’ll be lifting weights including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and more; doing a bit of cardio; and working on targeted areas to include stomach, legs, and other focus points.
