Bio

Coach Amanda leads evening classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Chattanooga Fitness Club. Amanda holds a BS in Healthy Lifestyles & Fitness Science from ASU, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She also recently completed her 200 HR Yoga Certification, and is leading a new yoga option at the club. Her background ranges from weightlifting to yoga, and when asked what her favorite thing about Chattanooga is, the ample amount of outdoor activities here topped her list!
