Bio

Coach Erica leads evening classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Chattanooga Fitness Club. Erica holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia Southwestern, and is an SCW Certified Personal Trainer. She’s also certified as a Yoga Instructor, and a Lifeguard. Erica’s attention to detail can be seen throughout her coaching style, and she will keep you moving and encouraged!
