Josh R. Singh is the owner of Chattanooga Fitness Club. Josh has been a fitness enthusiast since he discovered lifting weights as a freshman in college, and is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. His coaching style is motivational and encouraging. He's also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and is passionate about helping people make long term sustainable change. His favorite thing about Chattanooga is the sense of community and belonging this special place inspires.


Amanda Mathewson, B.S., CPT

Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Yoga Instructor

Amanda leads a number of sessions at Chattanooga Fitness Club, and has since our launch. Amanda holds a B.S. in Healthy Lifestyles & Fitness Science from ASU, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Last year she completed her 200 HR Yoga Certification, so she also leads a new yoga session on Saturdays at the club. When asked what her favorite thing about Chattanooga is, the ample amount of outdoor activities here topped her list!


Cassidy Tennille, CPT

Certified Personal Trainer

Cassidy is from right here in Chattanooga. In her free time, she likes to ride horses and is a Certified Equine Assisted Therapist. She's also a competitor in the annual Ms. Health and Fitness competition, as well as in other performance-based, weightlifting competitions. When asked her coaching style, she said, "Teamwork always. I’m a big fan of being in it with the members. I meet them where they're at and grow with them." She added, "I’ll love you through it, tough love - but still love!"
